Using Wookondago

By using wookondago.club (website or app) you agree to these terms. Wookondago lists events, supports member accounts, ticket orders and organizer charges, email updates, and door check-in tools. Contact: [email protected].

Accounts

Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or ban accounts for safety, abuse or policy reasons. Banned or suspended members may lose ticket access as described under Tickets.

Tickets

• Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payment for tickets sold through Wookondago is by Interac e-Transfer as instructed at checkout, unless another method is clearly stated.
• Refunds: ticket sales are final. If you are banned, tickets are revoked with no refund. If you are suspended, tickets may be frozen until the account is re-approved. A specific charge or event may attach extra policy text — that text also applies.
• Entry: bring valid government photo ID when required by the event. Many events are 18+. Door staff may refuse entry for capacity, safety, intoxication, banned status or failure to meet posted rules.
• Conduct: follow venue and organizer rules. Harassment, illegal activity or interference with check-in may result in removal and account action.
• Changes & cancellations: organizers may move, change or cancel an event. If an event is cancelled, any refund or credit is at the organizer’s discretion unless a charge policy on that sale says otherwise.
• Tickets may show a QR code for door check-in. Do not share your ticket QR if it is meant for one person.

Charges, rentals & services

Organizers may send charges (tickets, rentals, services). The policy text attached to that charge (and any templates selected) form part of the deal for that payment. Payment is typically Interac e-Transfer as shown on the bill link. Payout forms inside the admin tools are for record-keeping only and do not transfer funds.

Email

You may subscribe to event updates for Winnipeg and/or Out There. Unsubscribe anytime via the link in those emails or in your account. Password resets, tickets and invoices are transactional.

Group chat

Signed-in members may be offered a link to a community group chat hosted by Snapchat. Snapchat’s terms and privacy policy apply there. We do not control Snapchat.

Third-party links

Event cards may link to external ticket pages or social profiles. Those sites are not operated by Wookondago.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service, scrape personal data, probe accounts, or interfere with payments or check-in. We may refuse or limit service to protect the community.

Limitation of liability

Events are run by their hosts and venues. Wookondago is provided as available. To the extent allowed by Manitoba law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for losses caused by third-party sites, payment networks, or event hosts. Nothing in these terms limits rights you cannot waive under applicable consumer law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Manitoba, Canada. Courts in Winnipeg, Manitoba have jurisdiction where applicable. Times on the site use Winnipeg time unless noted.
